Welcome to Angle Fantasy Betting!

Angle Fantasy Betting is a fantasy gambling application that allows users to create and join fantasy leagues, wager on the outcomes of real-world events, and win prizes. By accessing or using the Angle Fantasy Betting application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using Angle.

1. Eligibility:

To use Angle Fantasy Betting, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you meet the legal requirements to use Angle in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts:

To use Angle Fantasy Betting, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Angle of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Prohibited Activities:

You may not use Angle Fantasy Betting for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

• Use Angle in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or network.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account or any other portion of Angle.

• Use Angle for any gambling activity that is not specifically authorized by Angle.

• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Use Angle for any commercial purpose without Angle's express written consent.

4. User Content:

Angle Fantasy Betting may allow you to post comments, messages, and other content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You agree not to post any User Content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any other person.

• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

• Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

Angle Fantasy Betting reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed objectionable.

5. Wagers and Prizes:

Angle Fantasy Betting allows users to wager fake money on the outcomes of real-world events. There is no real money involved.

6. Intellectual Property:

The Angle Fantasy Betting application and all content contained therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Max Friel Consulting Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Angle content for any commercial purpose without Angle's express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Angle Fantasy Betting is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Angle disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Angle does not warrant that Angle will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Angle Fantasy Betting shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of Angle Fantasy Betting.

9. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Max Friel Consulting Company LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to your use of Angle Fantasy Betting, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Termination:

Angle Fantasy Betting may terminate your access to Angle Fantasy Betting for any reason, at any time, without notice. You may terminate your Angle account at any time. Upon termination, your access to Angle will be terminated and you will no longer be able to use Angle Fantasy Betting.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
